Caritas distributes food parcels to Muslims during Ramadan

St Monica Choir and international tenor Nicholas Mulroy in concert

    • Today, 8th June 2017, at the Mdina Cathedral, the St Monica Choir will be teaming up with international British tenor Nicholas Mulroy to present a journey of 300 years through the world of sacred music.

      The choir will be showcasing new techniques learnt through the exploration of the sacred repertoire ranging from Bach and Handel to contemporary compositions, and also including Maltese composers. 

      The audience will also have the opportunity to listen to the brilliant Nicholas Mulroy who will be singing with the choir as well as in some solo pieces. 

      The St Monica Choir is one of the oldest and most prestigious choirs in Malta having celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2014 and which has gone from strength to strength performing both in Malta and overseas with various acclaimed conductors.
