Pope asks for prayers for Apostolic Voyage to Cuba, USA

  • Pope Francis on Wednesday appealed for prayers for his Apostolic Voyage to Cuba and to the United States, which begins on Saturday. “I greet the Cuban and the American people,” he said, “who, guided by their Pastors, have prepared themselves spiritually” for the visit. Reply to MUT on recruitment irregularities

  • With reference to the press release issued by the Malta Union of Teachers (MUT), the Secretariat for Catholic Education would like to emphasize that it disapproves of any alleged irregular recruitment practices which may have been adopted by certain schools.
