Ministry of Lectors for three seminarians

  • On Thursday 14 May 2015, Archbishop Charles J. Scicluna will institue three seminarians as Lectors, during Mass at the Parish Church of the Holy Family, Iklin, at 7.00 p.m.

Cana Movement: Bringing the Holy Family into homes

    • The Cana Movement has launched a pilot project whereby it is hoping to bring the Holy Family into people’s home in order to encourage families to pray together for their own and other families.  The first parish to participate in this project is Stella Maris, Sliema.

God bless mothers, everywhere – Pope Francis

    • Pope Francis offered Mother’s Day greetings to all mothers, everywhere, on Sunday. “Today in many countries celebrate Mother’s Day,” he said, addressing the great crowd of pilgrims and tourists gathered beneath the window of the Papal apartments that looks down on St. Peter’s Square to pray the Regina coeli with him, “we remember with gratitude and affection all mothers.”
