TWO NEW CANDIDATES FOR THE PRIESTHOOD

On Friday 24th February 2012, Archbishop Paul Cremona O.P. will preside over a concelebrated Mass during which two seminarians will ask the Church to accept them officially as candidates for their Ordination to the Diaconate and the Presbiterate. This celebration is being held at Ħal Għaxaq Parish Church at 6.30pm.

“LENT IS TIME TO HELP OTHERS SPIRITUALLY, MATERIALLY” – POPE

This Wednesday, the Universal Church enters the liturgical period of Lent; the 40 days of fasting, prayer and almsgiving, that lead us towards Easter. In his message this year, Pope Benedict called believers to show fraternal concern for one another.
