STATEMENT BY THE MISSIONARY SOCIETY OF SAINT PAUL

The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, yesterday, Monday 17th October 2011, informed the Superior General of the Missionary Society of Saint Paul about its decision with regards to Fr Godwin Scerri’s case.

The decision of the Congregation is that Fr Godwin Scerri is guilty of abuse and as a consequence has been dismissed from the clerical state though he remains a member of the Missionary Society of Saint Paul… Read more »

ARCHBISHOP MEETS WITH VARIOUS GROUPS OF RABAT PARISH

On Wednesday 12th October 2011, Archbishop Paul Cremona O.P. met with the Evangelization animators at St Patrick’s Hall, Rabat.

On Thursday 13th October 2011, the Archbishop visited the Agostinian Sisters’ Community in Rabat. Later on he met the Family Commission and Leading Couples at St. Patrick’s Hall, Rabat.

40TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE CHRISTIAN FAMILY GROUPS

CENTRALISED OFFICES FOR THE SECRETARIAT FOR CATHOLIC EDUCATION

On Friday 14th October 2011, Archbishop Paul Cremona visited and blessed the new premises assigned to the Secretariat for Catholic Education which are located at the Mall, Floriana.  The Secretariat’s offices were previously located at the Archbishop’s Curia and were transferred during the summer months. It took several years for the premises which house the new offices to be ready.
