VOICES-SPONSORED LEARNING CENTRE INAUGURATED AT CARITAS

A Learning Centre sponsored by the Voices Foundation was inaugurated at the Caritas Malta Therapeutic Centre at San Blas on Wednesday, 22nd September, 2010.  This gives Caritas state of the art facilities to raise the level of education of clients undergoing programmes of rehabilitation from drug addiction, and for the training of staff.

MALTA CONTRIBUTES TO WHO EURO REPORT ON EPILEPSY

Malta has contributed to Fostering Epilepsy Care in Europe report just published by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the two international epilepsy organisations, the International Bureau for Epilepsy (IBE) and the International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE).  This report was launched during the recent Epilepsy and Society conference which was held in Porto, Portugal last month.
